PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English language test aimed at non-native English speakers wanting to study abroad. It tests Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

Questions often test 2 skills together, such as listening and reading or reading and speaking. The whole test is done in a single session, lasting 3 hours and is taken sitting at a computer in a secure test environment. The speaking part of the exam is done at the computer. Your voice is recorded and sent for marking.

The Pearson Test of English General
(Formerly The London Test of English, these are designed to reward positive achievement in English language learning. The tests consist of two parts: a written paper and an interview.

  • What are the documents thet we must carry?

    You must carry the original copy of the passport which is valid atleast for 3 months.

  • Can we cheat in PTE exam?

    There is no way you can fool the computer or cheat on PTE Academic. You cannot pay somebody else to take the exam for you. Before you sit the test, you will be required to present one valid, non-expired, government issued ID.

  • Is Pte exam tough?

    My personal opinion says PTE as an exam is tougher than IELTS. But, at the same time, scoring in PTE is much easier than IELTS. You can use the free EDX IELTS test preparation courses online to improve your score. Since PTE is a computer-based test, the chances of human bias while scoring is almost negligible.
